Getting Fit (ended)

(3.26.2012) FINAL UPDATE:

I lost a total of 40 pounds! I have roughly 20 to go until I reach my goal weight. I have a friend coming into town for my birthday next week, so once she goes back home I’ll start up “Getting Fit Part II”. The objective will be to knock these last 20+ pounds by continuing to eat healthy and adding more outdoor activities into my routine. Sweat it all off in this Texas heat. ;)

Starting weight: 197 lbs (210 lbs in January)
Six month goal: 172 lbs (drop 25 lbs)
